Industry Background:
Rich began his automotive interests at a very young age racing and building cars with his father and working in his father's repair shop. Throughout high school and college he worked for a large, mass merchant home improvement store where he gained valuable retail and merchandising experience. He started his professional automotive career working as a counterman and machinist for Hight Automotive, Inc./VAMP Racing. He joined R&R Marketing as a Service Representative in 2000 and has held various positions within the company covering a diverse group of geographical territories. 

Hobbies:
Rich enjoys many forms of motorsports from drag racing to professional off road mud racing. He also has a passion for private aircraft, engine building, fabrication and machining.
